We will be using trackwrestling.com for this event. Please enter your roster through the Trackwrestling. You can enter up to two (2) wrestlers per weight by 9pm on Tuesday, December 10th. Any roster change after this deadline will result in the added wrestler being unseedable.
For each wrestler please enter the seeding criteria, including any head-to-head matches from this season by midnight Wednesday, December 11th.
If you are using the Trackwrestling for stats, season records will auto-populate.
Please note all TrackWrestling time are Central Times.

This tournament is pre-seeded, based on State, Regional (or State Equivalent), plus season record. Any Head to Head from this season may allow a participant to jump one seed. Tournament seeding committee reserves the right to seed special circumstance outside to the seeding criteria.

Weigh-ins will be held in the Westview High School Wrestling Room at 10 am on Friday, December 13th and at 7 am on Saturday, December 14th. Weigh-in order will be determined by the order entry fees are received.

[tab title=”Bus Drop-Off”]
Friday, December 13th school will be in session until 3 pm. The south parking lot will be reserved for student parking. Buses need to drop teams off and park on the North Side parking lot behind the portables.
Saturday, December 14th is not an issue. Teams should be dropped off on the South Side parking lot near the Football Field.

[tab title=”Hospitality Room”]
There will be a Hospitality Room for Coaches only. Each team will be given 5 coaches passes that will have to be presented for entrance to meals. Meals will be served to two hours each. During non-meal times, there will be snacks and beverages available.
Extra coaches passes are available from the tournament director. If you require more coaches passes, please let us know beforehand.
